Alan Reece is a vet who hates his job. His fiancee has left him, and he fully expects that things will only get worse. He's right, of course. What he's not expecting is that one of his dreaded nocturnal farm visits will set in motion a complicated series of events involving transparent cows, aliens, zombies, and the end of all life on Earth.
