May 2009

We’ve got some exciting new titles lined up for this year, for both our imprints.

On the fiction side of things, we’ve just released the first novel by one of our non-fiction authors, Nick Farrell. ‘When a Tree Falls’ is a humorous story of the occult, computers, angels and the real name of God. Nick is already an extremely popular writer on esoteric studies, and this is a must for anyone who enjoys his writing. The cover art is by award-winning artist Andy Bigwood.

Next month sees the release of new author Caroline Barnard-Smith’s first novel, ‘Dunraven Road’. This will appeal to fans of vampires and the Gothic in general. The book is already on the site available for pre-order, although the official release date is 20th June. The cover art was created by Lucas Swann, of the band Uninvited Guest. You can check out their work at http://www.uninvitedmusic.com/

Also lined up for September release are ‘Bread, Butter and Paradoxine’, by Roberto Quaglia, ‘The Book on Fire’ the second novel by Keith Miller, and a re-release of ‘Queen Magic, King Magic’ by Ian Watson. Roberto and Ian have recently had their collaborative work ‘The Beloved of My Beloved’ released by Newcon Press. http://www.newconpress.co.uk/ Storm did the typesetting on this book as well, so all kept in the family!

More of Storm’s back catalogue work will be released throughout the year. In the pipeline is a new edition of her vampiric angels novel, ‘Burying the Shadow’, with a cover by Ruby. Another collection of her stories, ‘Mythangelus’ will also be launched at Fantasycon in September. The cover was created by Danielle Lainton, who has just started doing work for Immanion Press.

The launch at Fantasycon should take place on the Saturday; more details as and when we get them. Ian and Roberto will be attending the whole convention, along with other Immanion Press personnel, and Storm will be attending on the Saturday for the book launches. http://www.fantasycon.org.uk/
More news on our non-fiction forthcoming releases will follow shortly....

February 2009

Apologies to our customers that our site was down for the past week. Unfortunately, the domain had expired and the renewal notice had gone to an email address that has been out of commission for over a year. So, it took a while to sort things out.

It also meant our usual email addresses weren’t working, so if you have tried to contact us over the past week we won’t have received the mail. Please try again now.

We have exciting new titles lined up for 2009 from Megalithica Books, our non-fiction imprint, as well as new fiction titles through Immanion Press.

We are continuing to republish Storm Constantine’s back catalogue, starting with ‘Burying the Shadow’ mid-year, as well as titles from new authors, such as ‘When a Tree Falls’ by Nick Farrell, who is one of our non-fiction authors. ‘Tree Falls’ will be his first novel. In March, we will publish the next omnibus edition of Freda Warrington’s ‘Blackbird’ series ‘A Blackbird in Amber Twilight’. After this time, all the hardbacks will be taken out of print, so order soon if you wish to buy these collector’s editions. We will also be publishing Gabrielle Faust’s second novel ‘Eternal Vigilance II’; the first book received great acclaim and this sequel is eagerly awaited.

We are proud to announce the launch of our new website. As well as a great new look, the catalogue and ordering system have been improved to make it easier and quicker to find the books you want.
